Henderson’s Cowabunga Water ParkWhen the temperature starts to rise every summer, one of the coolest places to be is at a water park… and Las Vegas now has two of them to choose from! Cowabunga Bay is one of Nevada’s most exciting water parks, complete with waterslides, beaches, and pools for both children and adults alike. Located southeast of the Strip in Henderson, Cowabunga Bay is a great way to escape to a desert oasis of family fun!
First opening its gates in 2014, Cowabunga Bay is about the same size as its competitor to the west, Wet and Wild. Cowabunga Bay features a retro 50's atmosphere with several unique water slides such as Wild Surf, the World’s largest man-made wave. There's also the Boardwalk Bay and Cowabunga River to lounge and float around in or there's the Zuma ZOOMa- a water slide that sends its riders instantly from 73-feet in the air into a 360-degree loop!
